Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit this website or contact us, why we do it, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible
The controller is company name and address: to confirm, as listed in the legal notice. For privacy questions, email sales@cubex.energy.
Visiting the website
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). When you load a page, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of access to deliver the page and protect it against attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
To count page views we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not track you across websites; it records which pages are opened, the referring site, browser, device type and country, in aggregate. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). When you send the contact form, it also tells us how you reached the site: the referring website or search engine, the page you landed on and any campaign tag in the link. Your browser keeps this only for the current tab (session storage, no cookie), and we record it without your name or contact details to see which pages bring inquiries. We do not use advertising cookies. Fonts are served from our own website, so no data goes to font providers.
Contact form
When you send the contact form, we process the details you enter: name, company, email, phone (optional), country, your role, your interests, your message and any file you attach. We use them only to answer your request and to prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
To protect the form against spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser for signs of automated use. Turnstile does not set advertising cookies.
Your message is delivered to our sales inbox by Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), an email delivery service acting as our processor. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting business relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless legal retention periods apply.
Emailing us directly
If you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message to answer you, on the same legal bases as above.
Your rights

To use these rights, email sales@cubex.energy. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work.
Changes
We update this policy when our website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
